Preround is operated by Nerdgestudios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 #766549, Cheyenne, WY 82001 ("Preround," "we"). By using preround.app you agree to these Terms.
Preround is a concierge mentorship platform connecting medical trainees and applicants ("students") with mentors (residents, fellows, attendings, and medical students) for career mentorship, application review, interview practice, and exam tutoring. We review each request and match it to a mentor; we do not offer a browsable mentor marketplace.
Preround provides career mentorship and exam preparation only. Nothing on Preround is medical advice, and no physician-patient relationship is created between you and any mentor or Preround. Preround is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USMLE, NBME, AAMC, NRMP, COMLEX, or any licensing or matching body.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
When you submit a request, a payment card is saved on file; no charge occurs at submission. You are charged only after we review your request and confirm a match is possible. Prices are shown before you submit.
Because we charge only after approving your request, most concerns are resolved before money moves. If we cannot deliver a session you have been charged for, we will refund it. Refund requests are handled case by case at support@preround.app.
Mentors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Preround. We vet mentors, but their views are their own. Preround does not guarantee any outcome, including admission, match results, or exam scores.
No harassment, no sharing of exam content that violates exam-security agreements, no impersonation, no attempts to circumvent the platform to transact directly with mentors, and no unlawful use.
You retain rights to materials you submit (personal statements, CVs). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service, such as sharing your materials with your matched mentor.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preround's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Preround at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
