Account information (name, email, training stage, program or school details you provide); the materials you submit for services (such as personal statements or CVs); messages you send on the platform; and request details. Payment cards are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; Preround never sees or stores your full card number.
To match you with mentors, deliver the services you request, process payments, send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your application materials for anything other than delivering your service.
Your matched mentor sees what is needed to deliver your service (your request details and the materials you share). Our service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at support@preround.app.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
Preround is for users 18 and older.
